RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each piece is handblown and one of a kind, so we're not able to accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives broken or damaged, though, we'll make it right (see below). Commissions and custom work are also final.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We pack every piece with care, but glass can be fragile on the road. If your piece arrives broken or damaged, please email a few photos of the piece and the box to alexkruegerstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll work with you on a replacement, repair, or full refund.
SHIPPING
Pieces ship from our Brooklyn studio within 5-7 business days, double-boxed and fully insured. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way. We currently ship within the United States; for international orders, just send us a note and we'll see what we can do.
